1. License

Upon purchase you receive a perpetual, non-transferable license to use ParseCraft on your personal machines. The license is per-user, not per-device.

2. Permitted Use

You may use the software for personal and professional resume optimization. You may not redistribute, resell, sublicense, or reverse-engineer the software.

3. AI Features Disclaimer

AI-generated content (resume rewrites, cover letters) is provided as a starting point. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying all AI output before using it in job applications. We make no guarantees about employment outcomes.

4. Updates

Your purchase includes lifetime updates to the version tier you purchased (Starter or Pro). Major version upgrades may require a separate purchase at a discounted rate.

5. Payments & Refunds

All purchases are processed securely through LemonSqueezy. All sales are final. Due to the digital nature of the product, we do not offer refunds. Please review the feature list and FAQ before purchasing to ensure the product meets your needs.

6. Limitation of Liability

The software is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of this software, including but not limited to lost job opportunities.
